Fall Protection Safety Program (Version 3)


The most common OSHA violation in 2023 is the lack of fall protection, which includes scaffolds, ladders, and roofs.   Employers can prevent fall-related injuries by i​mplementing a comprehensive fall protection program, including hazard identification, training, and regular program reviews.
